I am a consultant and coach based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
To my coaching and consulting I bring experience working with a range of social sector organizations and collaborative efforts, building evaluation, communication, and strategic planning capacity. My clients and the communities they serve bring incredible depth of knowledge and lived experience, and I find joy in supporting them to name, clarify, and act upon their visions of change.
Raised in a multigenerational household in San Pablo before moving to Roseville (near Sacramento) and then the East Coast for college, I am grateful to have the opportunity and means to return to the Bay. At the same time, growing up surrounded by many cultures in the East Bay also inspired a yearning to connect with other parts of the country and world. I am happy to enjoy a variety of consulting, research, and coaching engagements with individuals and organizations operating in local, regional, national, and international contexts.
A number of professional experiences led to creating Together Brave, including: working for Learning for Action (LFA), a social sector consulting firm; being part of a California-based healthcare advocacy organization seeking to promote policies that advance evidence-based medicine; teaching middle school math and science; and, spending my out-of-class time in college working for and volunteering with the Phillips Brooks House Association, the nation's largest student-led nonprofit, serving communities throughout Boston and Cambridge.
I received coach training through the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), and am a Coach Member of the International Coach Federation. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Social Studies from Harvard College, where my academic engagement focused on education, community organizing, psychology, and social change.
Happy to hear from you!
